Nobody can honestly answer that before they know where you are and which operator is free. Springfield Core and the inner neighborhoods usually run faster than the Branson Corridor and the outlying towns, where the distance alone adds time. Ask your operator for a window when they take the job, and treat a company that quotes you a number before it knows your address as guessing.

Yes. Every EV needs a flatbed - the drive motors stay engaged with the wheels. We move Teslas, Rivians, Mustang Mach-Es, Lucids, and Hummer EVs regularly. If the battery is completely dead and the transport mode will not engage, we have workarounds.

Yes, though Missouri handles this differently than a national rotation agreement. Missouri Revised Statutes 304.157 lets a property owner, lessee, or manager have a vehicle towed without a police order only three ways: on owner-occupied residential property of four units or fewer, after law enforcement is notified and 10 hours pass; on any other private property, after law enforcement is notified and 96 hours pass; or immediately, no wait required, if the property posts compliant signage at every entrance. We help HOAs, apartment complexes, and retail lots get that signage right: at least 17 inches by 22 inches, 1-inch lettering, stating removal is at the owner's expense, and disclosing the maximum towing and storage fee plus a phone number for the vehicle's location. The operator who tows files the Abandoned Property Report the statute requires. The tow is billed to the vehicle owner under RSMo 304.157. Worth knowing: Springfield police will not tow from an apartment or rental lot at a landlord's request alone, absent a genuine safety hazard. The private-tow process above is the route.

If a private property towed you without a police order, Missouri law (RSMo 304.157) required the property to follow the signage or notice-and-wait rules above before the tow. We own no yard, so we cannot tell you we have the car. Call us with your license plate and we help you tell a city-contract tow (Henry's / SPD HQ) from a private tow. For a private tow, the phone on the sign or the operator who took the car is how you get the lot, the release fee, and the paperwork. If Springfield Police ordered the tow, it is a custody tow under the city's contract with Henry's Towing Service. Call Springfield Police Headquarters at (417) 864-1810 (Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.) to confirm there's no investigative hold, then get a release form in person at SPD Headquarters, 321 E. Chestnut Expressway (lobby Mon-Fri 7 a.m.-5 p.m.), or the South District Station, 2620 W. Battlefield Road (lobby Mon-Fri 7 a.m.-3 p.m.). Bring a government photo ID and proof of ownership: title, bill of sale, Missouri title application, notarized power of attorney, lien proof, repossession paperwork, or certificate of origin. Then pay Henry's Towing directly at their Brookline lot to retrieve the vehicle. Personal property inside the vehicle stays with it. A sheriff or Highway Patrol tow does not use that city contract: call the agency that ordered the tow and ask where the car is and what it costs.
